Nestled within the lush surroundings of nature, Ohana Stay offers a chic and serene retreat just a short, scenic drive from Mumbai. Our accommodation boasts five independent and spacious ensuite rooms, each designed to provide the utmost comfort and luxury. With individual access and stunning dual views, every room ensures a unique and immersive experience. Spanning 225 square feet, our rooms comfortably accommodate up to four adults, making them perfect for families and groups. Each room is equipped with 5-star luxury mattresses to guarantee a peaceful sleep, a workstation setup for your convenience, & WiFi to keep you connected.

For your comfort, our rooms feature split air conditioning, ample wardrobe storage, and attached bathrooms with instant hot water geysers. An extra bed is available at an additional charge for the third occupant onwards, ensuring flexibility for larger groups. We pride ourselves on being a pet-friendly property, welcoming your furry friends to join you on your escape. Terms of Service

  • Booking Policy

    Rooms are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment, which is non-refundable.

  • No Discount Policy

    At Ohana Stay, we are a passion-driven homestay committed to providing the best comfort and quality to our extended family of guests. We kindly request that you refrain from asking for discounts, as our aim is to offer the finest experience possible. We appreciate your understanding that, in the spirit of maintaining our commitment to excellence, discounts are not a practice we engage in.

  • Timings of Operations

    Check-in: 1:00 p.m.
    Check-out: 10:30 a.m.
    Quiet Hours: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

  • Pool Timings

    The swimming pool is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for your enjoyment.

  • Code of Conduct

    We uphold a respectful and peaceful environment. The final decision on any matter remains with the owner and is subject to their discretion.

  • Child Policy

    Extra bed charges apply as use. Children's meals are available upon request.

  • Pet Policy

    Pets are most welcome. There is an additional cleaning charge of INR 300 for up to 2 pets. Kindly make special requests for pet food at the time of reservation. We request that you carry your pet's food and water bowls. If your pet prefers to sleep on the bed, kindly carry a bedsheet to avoid any damage to the linen.

  • Outside Food Policy

    Outside food is not allowed within the premises.

  • Liability and Responsibility

    The establishment is not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay.

  • Items Left Behind

    Any items left behind by the guest can be sent by courier at INR 150 at the earliest convenience of the host.

  • Damage Policy

    Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and its contents. Charges for repairs or replacements will apply.

  • Misuse Policy

    Misuse or theft of property, including linens and amenities, will result in additional charges.

  • No Food in Rooms

    Food is not allowed in the rooms. Please enjoy your meals in the designated dining areas.

  • No Smoking in Rooms

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

  • Meal Timings

    Breakfast: 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
    Lunch: 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
    Dinner: 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

  • Food Ordering

    Meals are prepared on a pre-order basis. Please provide at least 8-12 hours' notice for your meal preferences.

  • Kitchen Closure

    The kitchen closes at 11:00 p.m. Please plan your meal orders accordingly.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to check-in: 100% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in: Partial refund (please contact us for details). No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
